Valley City Metal Products produces a variety
of cut to length tubes for many diverse industries. These
industries include but are not limited to conveyors, casters,
automotive, agriculture, vibration control and construction.
The cut to length tubes produced are typically used as rubber
and plastic inserts, exhaust, bolt collars, bolt spacers or
bolt sleeves. Our main sales go to the rubber industry for
anti-vibration mounts. They can provide protection and alignment
for the bolts and their mating parts. They are also used to
separate wheels, plates and other parts. The cut to length
tubes can be produced from low carbon steel, galvanized steel,
stainless steel, aluminum and brass. The parts can be heat
treated, tumbled and plated after production.
Our cut to length tubes are produced with lathe style and
single spindle screw machines. These machines provide accuracy
and speed while set up times remain short. The reduce set-up
time allows us to produce low quantities at a competitive
price. We have produced volumes from 10 pieces to 375000 pieces.
Our cutting machines and tooling are maintained and operated
by a staff with years of experience. The average length of
employment is over 10 years. Our Quality Management System
is an ISO registered system maintained by an experienced professional.
The measurement equipment used is maintained and calibrated
at regular intervals.
