Valley City Metal Products produces a variety
of bolt, nut and washer assemblies for many diverse industries.
These industries include but are not limited to motorcycle,
all-terrain and automotive vehicles, agriculture and construction.
The bolt, nut and washer assemblies produced are typically
used as rubber inserts, plastic inserts, adapters, motor mounts
and retainers. They provide stiffness for rubber and plastic
parts. They are also used to attach plates, hoses and other
parts to main structures. The bolt, nut and washer assemblies
can be produced from low carbon steel, medium carbon steel
and stainless steel. The parts can be plated after production.
Our bolt, nut and washer assemblies are produced with hydraulic
presses and innovative tooling designed to reduce set-up times
while providing quality parts. The reduce set-up time allows
us to produce low quantities at a competitive price. We have
produced volumes from 10 pieces to 1 million pieces.
Our presses and tooling are maintained and operated by a
staff with years of experience. The average length of employment
is over 10 years. Our Quality Management System is an ISO
registered system maintained by an experienced professional.
The measurement equipment used is maintained and calibrated
at regular intervals.
