Our Foundation
Founded in 1950, Valley City
Metal Products, Inc. is a proven leader in the metal parts manufacturing
industry. We quickly became known as an instrumental supplier
for the farm implement industry, producing a variety of split
steel spacers and bushings. Our ingenuity has delivered a quality
manufacturing process which has adapted to a variety of industry
needs over the past 55 years. Having been family-owned for over
30 of those years, we have remained committed to a service-oriented
philosophy that allows for us to meet your company’s specifications
and establish a successful partnership!
Merger
Announcement
At
Valley City Metal Products, Inc. our focus has always been on
customer satisfaction and development. To this end we endeavored
by merging with B & F Manufacturing on January 1st, 2006.
B & F Manufacturing, which has been in operation since 1973,
has excelled as a producer of split steel pulleys, bolt and
washer assemblies, and cut-to-length tubing. Our commitment
to offering cost-savings without sacrificing quality was the
objective of this significant pairing. The ability to keep our
overhead levels at a minimum will result in lower costs for
our customers.
